As in many orthodox counties Georgia celebrates New-Year twice, on the 1st and 14th of January. The New-Year that is celebrated on 14th of January according to Julius calendar is called the "Old New-Year".
We invite you to celebrate the "Old New Year" in Mestia, in a shadow of the giant's of Caucasus mountain range. Here soft snow, beauty of pristine nature, rich Svaneti cuisine as well as sweets as traditional Georgian hospitality is expecting you.
Along the program you will enjoy sightseeing of the highlights of local culture and architecture, experience exquisite dishes and hot "rakhi" (local vodka) served in a pin forest... and much more.
Day 1: 12th January / Departure to Mestia
Day 2: 13th January /Mestia Sightseing tour/ dinner party to celebrate "Old New Year"
Day 3: 14 th January / Afternoon forest walk
Day 4: 15th January / Drive back to Tbilisi
