This tour leads us to Lower Kartli - one of the most fertile regions of Georgia. This part of the country is known for its agriculture and rich architectural monuments, harmonized with the surrounding landscapes and inspired by the natural beauty of environment.

Tour Schedule:
Tbilisi - Betania - Tbilisi. Our tour will start in the morning (08:00 or 09:00). First we will visit Betania cupola church of 12th-13th, beautifully located in a lush forest in the surroundings of Tbilisi. Fragments of beautiful murals are preserved inside the church. The portraits of King George III, Queen Tamar and her son Lasha-Giorgi are kept here. Then we'll drive back to Tbilisi, lunch in local restaurant and drive to Bolnisi - one of the ancient settlements in Georgiawhere we'll visit one of the oldest basilicas in Georgia - Bolnisi Sioni. On the way back we will turn to Tsugrugasheni, which is located on the top of the hill. We will be back to Tbilisi around 18:00.

Sights of excursion:
- Betania cupola church of 12th-13th
- Sioni of Bolnisi - 6th-7th cc basilica, known with one of the oldest inscriptions in Georgia.
- Tsugrugasheni - cross cupola church of 13th c, impressive by its richness of ornamentation, especially by the stone carving around windows and arches.
