Cross the Caucasus -the bridge between West and East

The program bellow gives an opportunity to explore all three countries within the very limited time frame. Journey starts in Armenia, proceeds to Georgia by crossing the land-border and continues to Azerbaijan by direct flight from Tbilisi to Baku. The cultural program is focused on main sightseeings in the capitals and their picturesque neighborhoods.

  • Day 1:

    Arrival in Yerevan; met and assisted at the airport; transfer to hotel.

  • Day 2:

    Visit Yerevan and its picturesque surroundings; explore Yerevan the capital of Armenia; enjoy bus tour and visit its museums and galleries. in the afternoon visit Garni Pagan Temple & Geghard Monastery, carved in a rocky hill.

  • Day 3:

    Day trip to Echmiadzin & Zvartnots; visit the holy seat of the Supreme Patriarch-Catholicos of all Armenians; in the afternoon explore the Archaeological Site of Zvartnots.

  • Day 4:

    From Yerevan to Tbilisi; en route short stop on Lake Sevan; In Alaverdi region visit Sanahin and Haghpat monasteries located on opposing mountainous spurs. Cross Georgian border and proceed to Tbilisi.

  • Day 5:

    The tour of the Two Capitals; visit Tbilisi, have a walk in narrow streets of the Old town. In the afternoon visit Mtskheta, the former capital of Georgia and its numerous cultural, historical and religious sites.

  • Day 6:

    Day trip to Kakheti - The land of wine; visit Sighnaghi, surrounded by defensive walls with towers. Get acquainted with Georgian winemaking traditions.

  • Day 7:

    Tbilisi - Baku; transfer to the airport of Tbilisi for the direct flight to Baku. Enjoy afternoon tour of historical center of Baku, called Ichari Shahar.

  • Day 8:

    Absheron Peninsula and Gobustan; explore oil field of Absheron Peninsula: visit Ateshgah – fire worshippers’ temple and Burning Mountain - Yanar Dagh. In the afternoon drive to Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape.

  • Day 9:

    Departure; transfer to Baku international airport.
